Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Steak

Ingredients: 

  • Fresh Sushi Grade Tuna Steak

  • Black and White Sesame seeds

  • Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Avocado

  • For the sauce: soy sauce, sriracha, chopped scallions, light drizzle of honey

Instructions: 

  1. Season the tuna on both sides with Salt and Pepper.

  2. Dredge the tuna steak in a mix of both the black and white sesame seeds.

  3. Heat up a skillet with a drop of Avocado Oil and cook the tuna on both sides for about a minute on each side.

  4. Let cool, cut into slices, and drizzle the sauce all over.

  5. Serve it on a plate, add avocado, and enjoy!
