Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Steak
Ingredients:
Fresh Sushi Grade Tuna Steak
Black and White Sesame seeds
Pink Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
Avocado
For the sauce: soy sauce, sriracha, chopped scallions, light drizzle of honey
Instructions:
Season the tuna on both sides with Salt and Pepper.
Dredge the tuna steak in a mix of both the black and white sesame seeds.
Heat up a skillet with a drop of Avocado Oil and cook the tuna on both sides for about a minute on each side.
Let cool, cut into slices, and drizzle the sauce all over.
Serve it on a plate, add avocado, and enjoy!
