Hi, I’m Luli!


I'd like to share my personal journey that fuels my deep passion for the work I do in empowering you to heal your relationship with food while breaking free from the restrictive diet cycle to look your best. My mission is to help you boost your self-confidence, cultivate a positive relationship with your body, and become attuned to your hunger cues—all without resorting to restrictive dieting.

My Personal Journey:

My health and wellness journey began from a very young age, strongly influenced by the diet culture mentality that created near impossible standards of what a woman’s body should look like in order to feel accepted by society. That influence created a skewed perspective for me around food, nutrition, exercise and body image. I have gone through every single diet in the book, hating my body along with it, and there was never a number on the scale that I was satisfied with. I used to exercise by doing these crazy high intensity workouts because I thought that is what my body needed to look a certain way, and I also thought that I would burn more calories during it, which was such a skewed mentality to have. This mentality took the biggest hit on my self esteem, because I was hating my body and myself along with it and my self confidence was the lowest it had ever been. I only felt confident when I weighed a certain number, or when people complimented me on my weight loss efforts. The truth was that it was the unhappiest times of my life!

The years of dieting and poor information regarding nutrition and lifestyle choices also wreaked havoc on my gut health and hormone health. Birth control and antibiotics seemed to be the only remedy according to my doctors to get rid of my hormonal acne, to which I strongly believed that there had to be a root cause to all of my symptoms. Bloating and indigestion after every meal were second nature to me, I truly believed it was just a part of how my body worked. As I dug deeper and further educated myself on the matter, I discovered simple yet extremely effective strategies that truly worked to heal me from the inside out, and now I help many clients do the same!

Fast Forward to Today:

I knew in that moment that I wanted to change something, and for the first time in my life that change was something that had to be from within rather than something external. I went through the deep journey of healing myself from the inside out, including my mindset, behaviors and actions coming from a place of self love. I healed my relationship with myself, with food and exercise, and I started behaving kinder to myself because I was learning how to love myself. I learned that you cannot hate yourself into a body that you love. I shed the excess weight, decreased inflammation, increased my self esteem, balanced my hormones and fixed my gut health, and I have never felt better in my body and skin!

This journey also inspired me to major in Psychology at Boston University to understand how humans can create positive and lasting behavioral changes. During that time, I got certified as a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and then continued to advance my education by getting certified in Emotional Eating, Functional Nutrition and Hormone Health. My goal is to merge my passion for overall wellness, including nutrition and psychology, to help individuals boost their self-confidence, cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies, and become attuned to their hunger cues—all without resorting to restrictive dieting.
