Healthy Chocolate Fudge Brownies

These right here are by far one of my favorite healthy dessert recipes! These brownies are a great dessert option for when you are craving the real deal but want healthier ingredients. Made with organic, unprocessed ingredients, these brownies are sure to wow your friends and guests and satisfy that sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of Almond Flour

  • 3 tbsp of melted Coconut Oil

  • 1/3 cup of Coconut Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 cup of Cacao Powder

  • 1/3 cup of Egg Whites

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 4 packets of Stevia

  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt

  • 1/2 to 1 cup of Almond Milk until you get a thick consistency

  • 1/2 cup of Lilly's Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients except the Almond Milk and the Chocolate Chips.

  2. Start to incorporate the almond milk until it smoothes out the mixture, while still maintaining a thick consistency overall. (Note: I don't always use the full cup of almond milk, it depends on how thick the consistency gets).

  3. Once everything is mixed well, add in the chocolate chips and mix again.

  4. Place the mixture into a greased pan, and place it into a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

  5. Once it is ready, take it out, let it cool, cut it into squares and enjoy!
