Vegan Creamy Green Veggie SOup

INGREDIENTS:

  • Onions

  • Garlic Cloves

  • Celery

  • Spinach

  • Kale

  • Broccoli

  • Zucchini

  • Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onions & garlic cloves with olive oil on medium heat until the onions become translucent.

  2. Once the onions are translucent, add in the rest of the vegetables and mix well.

  3. Add in a few cups of water until the water reaches the top of the vegetables.

  4. Add the salt & pepper, set the heat on high and let the vegetables cook through until they become softened and bland.

  5. Once the soup is cooked, blend all of the ingredients together for the extra creamy touch and enjoy!
