Miso Ginger Salmon
INGREDIENTS:
1.7 lb piece of salmon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup coconut aminos (or 2 tbsp of honey)
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp sriracha
1 tsp miso paste
2 tsp grated ginger
Small garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup of water
Scallions
Black & white sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl except the scallions & sesame seeds
Place the salmon on a pyrex, and add the mixed sauce on top.
Add the chopped scallions and sesame seeds over the salmon.
Let marinade for a bit (from 30 minutes- 2 hours).
Place into a 400 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
