Creamy Chocolate Chip Oats

This is one of my favorite recipe of Oats I have ever had. I have them either warmed up or overnight in the fridge to mix it up for my mornings, and either way it comes out delicious! I always use the same 4 base ingredients which are 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 container greek yogurt and some stevia and depending on my mood I may add different toppings! The best part of it is that it is so easy to make and keeps me full and satisfied for a long period of time!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of Oats

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/2 small container of Greek Yogurt

  • Stevia to your liking

  • 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter for flavor (you can use regular peanut butter as well)

  • Topped it off with vegan, stevia sweetened Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Cook the oats with almond milk either in the microwave (for 1 minute) or stovetop.

  2. Add in the stevia and powdered peanut butter (or regular) and mix well.

  3. Add in 1/2 container of greek yogurt, mix well and pop it back in the microwave for 30 seconds to slightly heat it up.

  4. Top off with the chocolate chips and enjoy!
