Hi! My name is Lucila Gamburd, also known as Luli. My passion for nutrition and nurturing my body started at a very young age, thanks to my role model: my mom. My mom would only buy healthy and nutritious food in my house, and I could not understand why all of my friends ate differently than me. However, when I got to college I finally understood that this was more than just a way of eating- it was a lifestyle that allowed me to have a positive relationship with my body. In freshman year of college I decided that I would maintain this kind of lifestyle but update it a little by allowing myself to at times indulge in the typical cafeteria "junk food." As much as I thought this was leading me to have the most amazing college and freshman year experience, I came to the conclusion that I did not feel like myself and that this was slowly leading me to have a not so positive relationship with my body and with food. This led to a sudden switch in my mentality, and when I moved out of the dorms and into my first apartment I started buying healthy groceries, cooking my own food, and making the habit of eating at home whenever possible. This led me to create "Nutriluli," where I got inspired to create healthy recipes and share them with all of my friends.

At Boston University, I graduated with a bachelors in Psychology and in History. I also graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach. As a result of my passion for leading a healthy lifestyle I created "Nutriluli," which is a blog about healthy living, balanced eating, and positive lifestyle choices. I create healthy recipes, suggest wellness tips, and post new ideas about how to improve the health and wellbeing of those around me. My mission with Nutriluli is to empower people to find their healthy balance, and to love and nurture themselves in their body, mind and spirit.
