Gluten Free Spicy Truffle Broccoli Pasta
Gluten Free Quinoa Pasta (you may sub for Brown Rice pasta, Lentil Pasta, Black Bean Pasta, etc. )
Red Pepper Flakes
Cook your pasta al dente.
On a hot skillet, heat up some Olive Oil and sliced garlic.
Add in the steamed Broccoli into the hot skilled and stir.
Once the Broccoli cooks through with the Garlic and Olive Oil, add in the cooked Pasta into the skillet on low heat.
Season the pasta with the Truffle Salt and Black Pepper, and mix it well in the skillet until all of the flavors mix together.
Finally, plate the pasta and finish it off with some crushed Red Pepper Flakes, some grated Parmesan Cheese and a light drizzle of Olive Oil.
