Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
When you want to get fancy, but also have no time to cook... You make this delicious dish! It only took me about less than ten minutes to make, and no joke it tasted as if it belonged in a restaurant! It's perfect for one of those weeknights when you feel like having something delicious, but you also don't feel like making such an elaborate dish. It is also perfect for those nights where you want to impress friends, family or a special someone. So I made it veryyy simple for you! All you have to do is make sure you buy a very fresh tuna steak... the rest it's up to me to leave it very easy for you to make, so here it goes!
Fresh Tuna Steak
Black and White Sesame seeds
Pink Himalayan Salt
For the sauce: low sodium soy sauce, sriracha, chopped scallions, light drizzle of honey
Season the tuna on both sides with Salt and Pepper.
Dredge the tuna steak in a mix of both the black and white sesame seeds.
Heat up a skillet with a drop of Avocado Oil and cook the tuna on both sides for about a minute on each side.
Let cool, cut into slices, and drizzle the sauce all over.
Serve it on a plate, add avocado, and enjoy!
