Shredded Curry Chicken Tacos

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • Shredded Chicken

  • Curry

  • Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Turmeric

  • Garlic Powder

  • Olive Oil

  • Lime

  • Siete Almond Flower Tortillas

  • Greens of choice (I used shredded Kale)

  • Sriracha

  • Chopped Chives

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and place a boneless, skinless piece of chicken inside for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.

  2. Once it is fully cooked, remove the chicken, place it in a bowl and shred it with two forks.

  3. Add in your spices (turmeric, garlic powder, curry) as well as the pink salt, black pepper, olive oil and lime.

  4. Mix it all over until thoroughly spread.

  5. Warm up two tortillas, and layer them first with your greens, then with the shredded chicken, and finally with the sriracha and the chopped chives.
