Delicious Turkey Burgers


Serving Size: 6 medium sized Burgers


  • 1/2 cup of chopped Onions

  • 1/2 cup of chopped Peppers

  • Organic ground Turkey

  • 1/2 tbsp of Paprika

  • 1/2 tbsp of Cumin

  • 1/2 tbsp of Garlic Powder

  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • 2 pasture-raised Eggs

  • 2 tbsp of ground Flaxseeds


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. With your hands, mix everything well.

  3. Roll into medium sized balls (you should have a total of about 6 more or less).

  4. On a hot skillet with some olive oil, sear the burgers on both sides for a couple of minutes.

  5. After you sear the burgers on both sides, place into a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes until the burgers are fully cooked.
