Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

Cook Time: 25 minutes
1 can of organic unsweetened mashed pumpkin
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
6 packets of stevia
4 tbsp of coconut sugar (or 3 tbsp of honey or agave or maple syrup)
3/4 cup of vegan Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips (sweetened with stevia)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add in all of the ingredients and mix them well.
Line a baking tray with a non-stick spray.
Add the mixture onto the tray and spread out evenly.
Place into a 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Once it is ready, let cool and cut into square bars once completely cooled down.
