Delicious Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Serving size: 6 muffins
2 ripe Bananas
1 cup of Oats
1/4 cup of Egg Whites
1/3 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of Cinnamon
Drop of Vanilla Extract
5 packets of Stevia
1/4 cup of Honey
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
In a bowl, mash the bananas
Incorporate the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and keep mixing until you have a smooth texture.
Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Place the mixture into the muffin pan (you will have enough for about 6 muffins).
Place into a 350 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes until you place a knife into a muffin and it comes out clean.
