Not Your Average Avo Toast!
It's Monday, which means the start of a new week and the start of new goals. My goal this week was to make all of my meals with extra love and care, to really get down to the bottom of nourishing my tummy, my heart and my mind! That is why when I woke up this morning I was so excited to make this delicious open faced Avo Toast with some good quality Smoked Salmon for a #treatyourself kind of breakfast! It takes less than 10 minutes to make and it's beyond satisfying! Pair it with a warm Almond Milk Latte or Matcha Latte and you have the breakfast of champs.
1 piece of toasted Sesame Ezekiel Bread
2 pieces of Smoked Salmon
Red Pepper Flakes
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 a Lime
Ground Black Pepper
Toast the bread.
Smash the avocado all over.
Sprinkle some pink salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Squeeze the juice of the lime on the toast.
Roll up the two pieces of smoked salmon and place on the toast.
Decorate with the chives and enjoy!!!
