Pretty in Pink Pitaya Bowl



  • Frozen Pitaya

  • Frozen Pineapple

  • Frozen Raspberry

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

  • Unsweetened Almond Milk- I used the Toasted Coconut Almond Milk from Califia Farms

  • Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder from Clean

  • Toppings: Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Bee Pollen, Frozen Raspberries


  1. In a blender, place the frozen fruit, the almond butter, coconut oil, protein powder and a some almond milk.

  2. Start to blend, and keep adding in the almond milk until you have a creamy, smooth texture. Make sure it doesn't get too watery though, so keep an eye on it and add the almond milk in little by little!

  3. Once fully blended, top it off with Hemp Seeds, Cacao Nibs, frozen Raspberries and Bee Pollen for that extra kick of nutrition.
