Healthy French Toast


  • 2 slices of whole grain Bread ( preferably Ezequiel or Dave Killer's)

  • 2 Egg Whites

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Agave

  • Almond Milk


  1. In a bowl, mix the egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

  2. Dip the bread into the mixture on both sides until fully soaked.

  3. Place the bread onto a hot skillet and let cook on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Take out, place berries on top and drizzle a bit of agave on top instead of syrup.
