Creamy Chocolate Chip Oats

Even though my breakfasts typically consist of salty food, this month I’ve been on a creamy oats kick! I’ve been having this recipe of Oats both warmed up and overnight in the fridge to mix it up for my mornings, and either way it comes out delicious! I always use the same 4 ingredients which are 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 container greek yogurt and stevia, and the rest of the ingredients I play around with each time depending on what flavors I’m going after. This recipe calls for the original 4 ingredients, but I also added some extras and cooked the oats to make it warm since it’s a cold, snowy day in NYC today!

  • 1/3 cup of Oats

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/2 small container of Greek Yogurt

  • Stevia to your liking

  • 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter for flavor (you can use regular peanut butter as well)

  • Topped it off with vegan, stevia sweetened Chocolate Chips

  1. Cook the oats with the almond milk by either microwave or stovetop.

  2. Add in the stevia and powdered peanut butter (or regular) and mix well.

  3. Add in 1/2 container of greek yogurt, mix well and pop it back in the microwave for 30 seconds to slightly heat it up.

  4. Top off with the chocolate chips and enjoy!
