Healthy Oat Bran Pancakes

  • Serving Size: 2-3 pancakes

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • Cook Time: 7-10 minutes


  • 1/3 cup of Oat Bran

  • 1/3 cup of Egg Whites

  • 3 tbsp of Greek Yogurt

  • Stevia to taste

  • Dark Chocolate Chips

  • My toppings of choice: Fresh Berries and 1 tbsp of Almond Butter


  1. Mix the Oat Bran, the Egg Whites, the Greek Yogurt and the Stevia in a bowl.

  2. Heat up a greased skillet and place about 2 tbsp of the mixture onto it.

  3. Add some chocolate chips on top.

  4. Cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side, and keep doing this step until you get through the whole mixture.

  5. Enjoy it with all of your favorite toppings!
