About My Journey:

Credentials:

Hi, I’m Luli and I am so glad you are here! My passion is helping others heal their relationship with food, boost self confidence, and feel strong and empowered in their bodies without restrictive dieting.

My journey began at a young age, shaped by diet culture and impossible beauty standards that left me chasing numbers on a scale and punishing myself through extreme diets and workouts. No matter how much weight I lost, I never felt enough. It wasn’t until I shifted inward, focusing on self love, mindset, and sustainable habits, that I was able to truly heal. I deepened my knowledge of nutrition, stopped demonizing food groups, and finally understood how to properly fuel my body. Through this transformation, I rebuilt my relationship with food, exercise, and myself. I shed excess weight, nurtured a healthy gut and balanced hormones, and most importantly, regained my confidence and joy.

Alongside this transformation, I deepened my education in both psychology and nutrition. I studied Psychology at Boston University, became certified as a Health and Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and expanded my expertise in Emotional Eating, Functional Nutrition, and Hormone Health. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport, where I continue to blend science with compassion to guide others on their own journeys.

My mission is to guide clients through personalized one on one approaches that are sustainable, empowering, and life changing. I help people break free from restrictive diets, reconnect with their body’s cues, and feel confident from the inside out. Because the truth is, you cannot hate yourself into a body you love.
